Roggies and Avenue Bar
CJR designed a dynamic website for Roggies containing many modernize features to bring the old site into the 21st century. Social networking sites were integrated in order to connect to a wide audience. Both Facebook and Twitter applications fit seamlessly into the site and users are also able to RSVP to events through Facebook integration. Marketing research database stores all email addresses for viral marketing campaigns. Managers are able to view information in database to indentify target markets. Also an interactive menu includes a search as you type feature as well as updated menu items and prices synchronized with the point of sales system. Installed a virtual call center using VOIP phones for takeout and delivery, while also queuing calls. This enables agents to take calls wherever there is an internet connection.

Roggies Pizza
As an affiliate site to Roggies, Roggie's pizza showcases cross product integration for effortless use. CJR developed a customer management system for the organization of client accounts. Customers are able to create an online account that stores addresses, phone numbers, emails, and past orders. This information can be used to facilitate market research allowing management to locate target markets. Menu pulled from point of sale system. The site also has up-to-minute delivery status notification allowing customers to see when their order is placed, being prepared, en route, and delivered. Phone numbers of drivers delivering orders are available, while management is able to view queue of all orders. Roggies Pizza has a simplified payment method through a secure processor and accepts multiple forms of payment including ACH and credit cards, fully customized with the Roggie's brand name. Accounting information is made easy through quick books, tax prep, activity summaries, and vendor disbursement and purchase orders. Future projects with Roggie's pizza include an online retail store and catering.
Yonkers Ukrainian Youth Center (Ukrainian American Youth Assn.)
The Youth Center needed a sleek informational site. In addition, they have a "members only" section were their member can log in and view private pages. In addition members can take care of their account at the center. They can pay their bar tab and their member dues.
A unique feature of this site is the location page where you can get quick reliable directions to the center.
JLC Copy Inc. - A Copy Services Company
This corporation needed an Accounting Information System to manage all of their customer billing and service data.
We developed a system which allowed them to compute all their invoices for each month based on copy machine meter readings. The system includes service computers that dispatch and collect information about jobs.
The new addition to the system is their website www.jlccopy.com. Customers can now view and pay their invoice without envelopes or paper checks! All of their bank information is stored on our partners secure payment processing servers. They are able to save thousands of dollars annually in human capital and office supplies because of their new online payment processing website.
The visual element of the site is currently being upgraded, but the payment facility is fully functional.
SUSTA - Federation of Ukrainian Students
This organization needed a dynamic marketing site where members could register and pay for upcoming events.
Sponsors are able to register and transfer money directly from the site.
